From Turbulence to Transformation
1994
Born in Pulau Pangkor, the youngest of five in a poor fisherman family; raised in an environment shaped by violence, hardship, and neglect. Dennis has not complete his formal education, except primary school.
2006
With absent parental guidance and no role models, Dennis learned to survive by fighting - both physically and emotionally - becoming a feared fighter by age 12.
2007
At 13, began working as a car mechanic apprentice, where discipline and technical skills became his escape from a destructive path.
2008
At 14, after a village-wide conflict, he was sent to Kuala Lumpur, marking the beginning of his transformation. These early adversities taught Dennis the true meaning of respect, equality and fairness-values he never experienced but chose to uphold for others.
2014
At 20, after entering the insurance and later property industry, he quickly proved his value but faced discrimination due to his family ties.
2017
At 24, founded D&D Property Group to build a platform where opportunities are earned, not inherited, creating a bully-free, equal-growth environment.
